How quickly will I hear back after contacting you?

We aim to respond to all inquiries within 1–2 business days. For urgent compliance questions related to an active order, please mark your subject line as “Urgent” so we can prioritize it.

Do you provide legal advice through contact support?

No. Guardian Clinical Essentials™ provides compliance tools and education, but we do not replace legal counsel. Our resources are designed to help you implement required policies and protect your practice.

Can I schedule a call instead of emailing?

Yes. If you’d like personalized guidance, you can book a Free 15-30 minute 1:1 Compliance Strategy Call via Zoom with Samantha. Calls are best for detailed questions about which toolkit or bundle is right for your practice.

Do you offer technical support for customizing documents?

Yes. All toolkits come with step-by-step instructions, but if you need help editing, we provide clear guidance. For more advanced customization, you can schedule a private support session.
