๐Ÿ”„ Update Policy

Each toolkit is created using the most current federal and state regulations available at the time of purchase. Due to the volume of forms, state variations, and evolving compliance standards, we do not provide automatic updates or real-time monitoring after delivery.

Clients are responsible for reviewing and updating their documents as needed to remain compliant with future changes in law, licensing board rules, or practice scope. We do not guarantee notification of every regulatory change.

We release formal product updates annually or as major changes occur. When new editions are available, purchasers will have the option to buy the latest version or, when offered, request an update pack for selected policies.

๐Ÿ“Œ Best Practice: Review your compliance materials at least every 6โ€“12 months โ€” and always after platform changes, staff transitions, or new state laws.

Scope of Updates

Updates apply only to the regulatory and compliance content we provide. Custom edits made by the purchaser, formatting preferences, or technology compatibility issues are not covered under future updates.

Licensing and Use

All updates and new editions are licensed exclusively to the original purchasing business name. Documents may not be transferred, resold, or shared with other providers or organizations.

Compliance Responsibility

Providers remain solely responsible for maintaining compliance with current federal and state requirements. Outdated compliance materials may result in audit findings, licensing board complaints, or financial penalties.
