Each order is:

• Licensed for internal use only, according to your purchase tier and license terms
  
  
• Delivered via email within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays)
  
  

Once customization is complete, your document becomes a non-returnable, non-reversible licensed product.

Digital Delivery Timeline

Orders are fulfilled manually in the order received. Files are emailed within 3–5 business days. If additional information is required to complete your order (e.g., business name clarification), the delivery timeline may reset based on when all required information is received.

Non-Refundable & Non-Returnable

Order Changes or Errors

If you submitted your business name incorrectly or need a file correction:

• One courtesy revision will be provided for typos, file errors, or formatting glitches
  
  
• Additional edits or re-customization may incur an administrative fee
  
  
• Issues must be reported within 3 calendar days of delivery
  
  

License & Use Terms

All products are licensed, not sold. Your purchase grants:

Violations may result in revoked access, legal enforcement, and remedies under copyright law, including recovery of damages and attorney’s fees.

No Chargebacks

By placing an order, you waive the right to dispute charges or request chargebacks through your payment provider once files have been delivered to the email address you provided.

Severability
