  • Customized products typically require 3–5 business days for delivery (excluding weekends and holidays).

Product Format & Licensing

  • All products are digital intellectual property delivered in Microsoft Word (.docx) format unless otherwise specified.

  • Each product is customized with your business/practice name as part of the licensed watermark.

  • Products are licensed, not sold. Purchases grant a limited, non-transferable license for internal use only, as detailed in our Terms of Use.

Payment Methods

  • Payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers (e.g., Stripe, PayPal).

  • We do not store or have access to full credit card numbers or banking details.

Delivery of Digital Goods

  • Files are delivered via email to the address provided at checkout.

  • Delivery is considered complete once the email is sent successfully.

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring their email address is correct and for checking spam/junk folders.

Errors & Order Corrections

  • If you provide incorrect business information for customization, we will provide one courtesy correction for typos or formatting issues.

  • Additional corrections or re-customization may require an administrative fee.

  • Issues must be reported within 3 calendar days of delivery.

Unauthorized Use & Enforcement

  • Sharing, reselling, or redistributing products outside your licensed use is strictly prohibited.

  • Unauthorized use may result in license revocation, denial of future access, and legal enforcement, including recovery of damages and attorney’s fees.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GCE is not responsible for any loss, damages, or delays arising from the use—or misuse—of products, failed email delivery due to user error, or third-party platform issues.

Governing Law & Severability

This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Michigan. If any provision is found invalid, the remainder shall remain in effect.
